This page will hold the Refund Polices of Softora.

Thank you for registering with Softora. Customer and employee satisfaction has always been our priority. Please go through the following to know about our refund policies.

For Interns :

  • Registrations made through any other payment method other than our official payments partner Razorpay will not be accepted. In which case a request for refund will not be accepted.

  • If a student registered with softora wishes to withdraw the registration, a refund of fifty percent of the registration fees will be given until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the internship program according to the form filled up by the student.

  • If a student has applied ones and opts 2 or more domains, the student will be blacklisted from Softora Technologies.

  • A full refund on the registration fees will be given if the student faces technical problem during the process of registration/ payment.

  • Softora shall not be responsible for any payments made short/excess of the communicated amount with the company representatives or as mentioned in the registration form.

  • The decision to give a full refund remains with softora and will be only for exceptional cases.
