10. The copyrights of any website or logo created by Softora for the client lies with both the company and the client.
11. The Client accepts that Domain Names which expire are at risk of cancellation. The Client is ultimately responsible for paying renewal charges to the appropriate registry.
12. The Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the Domain Name has been registered as they require.
13. The Company may at its discretion withdraw, suspend, disassociate from, and/or refuse to register any Domain Name which is deemed by the Company to be of an illegal, offensive, abusive or obscene nature.
14. The Company shall not register or renew a Domain Name until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Company. The Client accepts that Domain Names not renewed by the specified date shall be automatically deactivated, furthermore the Company accepts no liability for loss of business resulting from such deactivation.
15. The company holds the rights to refuse to provide Services or discontinue Services for any Site which is deemed by the Company to contain illegal, offensive, abusive, obscene or plagiarized material, or which infringes upon the rights - including without limit the intellectual property rights - of any third party, or any material which is deemed by the Company to invite legal action against the Company.
16. Refund will not be provided unless and until the company suspends services from their end for any reason other that the ones mentioned above.
17. The client is required to pay half of the agreed upon amount at the time of placing the order for the website or the logo via any of the payment methods mentioned and agreed upon by the Company.
18. The other half of the payment is to be done on completion and delivery of the said website or logo.
19. The fee for the creation of a website varies according to the needs of the client, the domain registration, and for how long the domain name is to be registered for.
20. The company shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on the website. The Client agrees to protect and defend the company against all claims rising on their website.
21. The company also reserves the right to request the client to take down any such content appearing on their website, failure of which might lead the company to terminate their services towards said client without any obligation to a refund.
22. If the client finds any link(s), image(s) or text(s) on our website that is offensive, they may contact the company regarding it. While the company will take such claims into consideration, we are under no obligation to take any action or respond to such claims directly.
